• Within Nairobi: 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Charges

• Orders above KES 100,000 (within Nairobi): Free delivery.

• Orders below KES 50,000 (within Nairobi): Flat rate of KES 2,000.

• Outside Nairobi: Rates are calculated based on distance, size, and courier fees.
  Delivery fees (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

Delivery Conditions

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery location is accessible for large furniture items.

• Our delivery team will only deliver to the main entrance of your building unless prior arrangements are made. Any special access (stairs, narrow entrances, etc.) should be communicated during purchase.

• If you are unavailable during delivery, please ensure a representative is present to receive and sign for the items.
