Return Policy

At Furniture Gallery Kenya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return terms carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for returns

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are faulty, damaged on delivery, or not as described.

  • Any faults or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size/color selection unless the item is faulty.

Conditions of returned items

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of misuse, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at +254 720077577 or info@furnituregallerykenya.co.ke within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and photographic evidence of the issue.

  3. Our team will arrange an inspection or collection where applicable.

Return Charges

  • If the return is due to a fault or damage caused by us, return delivery is free.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the standard delivery charge of KES 2,000 will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.
